Nobody plants alone.
Ministry is better together.

The Northwest Ministry Network spans from the Pacific Ocean to the Montana border and from Canada to Oregon. We are a Network of churches committed to bringing the hope of Jesus to all the communities of the PNW.
There are numerous events, conferences, and cohorts that are available to our ministers. We are best when we are relationally connected, and growing together!
Get Started
Stay in the know with occasional updates.
Explore
Pioneer. It can be an intimidating word. You may not have a hint of when or even what it will look like. You just know that God has placed a desire to pioneer a new work within you.
There are many types of churches and many settings.
TYPE - Dinner Church, Micro Church, Traditional Church models-new and innovative ways of doing church.
SETTING - Urban, Rural, Suburban, Online.
STEPS & Timing - This may be way down the road. It's still worth a conversation now.
Discovery
Discovery is an intentional process designed to serve you. When you complete this stage, you will have a clearer picture of timing and next-steps. Discovery takes anywhere from 6 weeks to 3 months. We'll work with you each step of the way and assist in discerning the path towards your plant.
Launch Training
Here we go!
You will attend the Launch Training through the Church Multiplication Network (CMN). Following that, you'll begin to work through the steps to build a team, raise funds, cast vision, stay spiritually and emotionally healthy, and begin pre-launch meetings. At this time, you will also have a coach assigned to you that will help you each step of the way. While there is a lot to do in this phase, this is where being part of a network helps. You'll have peer planters to collaborate and challenge you. Your coach will touch base at least 2 times a month to process any sticking-points you may have.
Go!
Launch your church!
So exciting...terrifying....worth it!
At this point you'll be busy "doing" church. Other than connecting and encouraging, this is where you'll be able to apply for the Matching Funds Grant through the NWMN.
Post Launch
Now what? You are doing it!
Regardless of how it is "going," you're in it for the long-haul and we celebrate your obedience!
We've identified what we call the 4 C's of post launch.
Collaboration - After a couple months, you'll have the opportunity to join a cohort of fellow planters to process the unique challenges, and opportunities that are specific to planters.
Coaching - A voice a few more miles down the road in planting/pastoring that will help YOU grow.
Cash - how's your budget looking? We'll process with you and your parent church opportunities for fundraising and budget opportunities.
Counseling - As a credentialed minister with the NWMN, we encourage you to utilize up to 4 counseling sessions per year. It is always good to process what you are experiencing.
